We have re-opened subject to ongoing guidance from public health authorities.

2. Disinfection & infection

Our staff is getting training and certification in infection prevention & control with Rejuvenate from Virox Technologies Inc. (https://www.viroxprobeauty.com/massage-disinfectants)

3. New practices
When we re-open, we’ll control the number of customers that can be in the spa at any time to help everyone follow safe social distancing practices. We’ll extend break times between appointments in order to have ample time to disinfect treatment areas. We’ll require all employees to wear masks and to wash their hands thoroughly before treating any customer. We may assess your temperature with a hand-held forehead temperature scanner prior to the start of your appointment. We may ask you to complete a client intake form with some questions related to COVID-19, such as the suggested questions here: https://www.camtc.org/media/1874/camtc-suggested-covid-19-intake-questions.pdf.

4. Implementing an enhanced cleaning & disinfection protocol
We'll be using a powerful, odor-free, cleaning solution that is non-irritating to the eyes and skin, is registered with the EPA, and is included on the EPA’s List N (Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2). We'll also be using UVC light technology to disinfect surfaces daily.
